PNG needs civilized citizens.

Only if all the citizens of Papua New Guinea would feel responsible for the development of this nation, there would be no doubt in PNG moving forward. The development of this nation starts from oneself. If everybody change their attitudes and act in a civilized manner, PNG would become a developed.
Though we learn how to be good people but we are still ignorant.
Build a better "You" and PNG will be a best country.
